Ordering
To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking 'Add to Cart'. You can click on 'Shopping Cart' at anytime to update the contents. When you are ready to check out, click 'Checkout' at the bottom left of the Shopping Cart page. You can create an account or checkout as a guest. When you are done shopping, remember to log off to protect your account.

Returns
At the moment due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless you feel the item was grossly misrepresented. Please read the item description carefully for any details regarding size and imperfections.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, or you can choose to pay using your PayPal account.

Tax
NY State Residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their county upon checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
The shipping cost of your item will be calculated at the time of checkout. You will have a chance to review your shipping cost before finalizing your purchase. Your shipping cost will be based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping option that you choose. We ship through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

You will receive an email notification when your order ships. If you have chosen USPS Priority or Express Mail or UPS, this email will contain a Tracking Number. You can check your order status by clicking on My Account and logging in. Your current and past orders will be listed on your Account page.

International
Please note that orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, which are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
